Scope of Services / Access

We will provide window cleaning services as specified in the quotation provided to you. Any additional services requested may incur additional charges.

You are responsible for providing access to the windows to be cleaned. If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Liability

We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will make it right.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and your property, accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the service. 

Payment / Cancellation Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, or bank transfer payments (BACS).

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
